baxi duotec combi 28 HE pressure too high & leaking

Had the boiler about 2 years now and had no real problem with it untill few weeks ago when after having it turned off for summer and now turning it back on found out after about a week that the boiler had been leaking.

Not stopped the leaking but the pressure was fine untill today now its very high and can't seem to get it down again tryed with the knobs on the bottom which normly solve the problem.

Going to be calling someone out soon but in the mean time can anyone help or might know what the problem is ?

Filling loop open/letting by, or expansion vessel with no pressure.

when i open one of the knobs on the filling loop under the bolier the pressure goes down but does not back bot to bar 1.
