I have a baxi duo tec 28 that has been working well for 3 years, but recently developed a leak, that turned out to be a loose connector and baxi fixed it. Now however it seem to be loosing pressure taking about 5 Hours to go from 1 Bar to E119 code (i think its this code - low pressure).

It is not leaking from underneath, but I have noticed that what i presume to be a safety pipe (copper) is constantly dripping -I have never seen any thing come out before.

The condensate plastic pipe seems to be normal.

is this a PRV problem? is there a quick and easy fix?
