Baxi fire not sparking

Hi,

I have a 'Baxi gas flame super' fire, with peizo ignition. Sometimes it spaks every time, and sometimes 1 in 10. Is it the peizo? If so how do I change it? In particular getting to the piezo to change it.

Soday I took it apart as much as I could and cleaned it out, but faile to remove the plastic panel on the side where the know comes through.
