baxi main combi

problem- Fan runs but the APS does not switch, replaced APS but no success.
Flame failure flashes. Flue is clear, venturi is clear, I had a PCB on the van so tried that but no success.
Question is what pressure would you expect from the fan and anyone with experience of this boiler can they tell me what having no voltage at terminal 27 would indicate?

Probably something simple I am missing but this one is stumping me, thanks in advance for any help.

The timing of the flashes are important for fault finding. The exact model would help, and this should really be in the CC.

Rang Baxi and they had to put me onto a senior guy, he was very helpful but was a little lost as to the problem. I don't have my card on me here to enter the cc.
