Hi, my Baxi Maxiflow Combi WM 'Air flow monitor' neon light is coming on and staying on. The fan is working fine and the air pressure switch is operating correctly. M2 connector, on ignition PCB, gives me 230V AC across terminals 17,18 - this supplies the fan which works fine. There is no restrictions on flue.
Everything starts up fine, noticed two things:-
1) my flame is not coming ON
2) automatic air vent has water coming out from the top (could this be a problem?)
Could you please help and or advice? We have been without hot water for 3 days.
