Hi I have a Baxi mega flow 28 he. Got it from one of my suppliers . It was a demo model, maybe fired up 6 times only. BTW, I am a RGi.
Low fire setting is right on FGA. High fire setting is right on FGA. PPM is 980....way too high. It came with a new flue still in box. I found the condensate drip tray collector on top of heat exchanger loose with the U shaped holding bracket missing. If I push down the plate into the heatexchanger as it should be, the boiler will not fire. Goes to e 133 gas valve failure. Loosen off the plate as I found it originally and the boiler fires but rumbles a lot, just like a prima with rotten flue section. Will run all day if required but not happy with this. Fan and induction duct completley clear. Clear plastic vacuum pipe to gas valve from induction clear as well Any ideas anyone ?
