Baxi pressure issues

Hi. I appear to have issues with the pressure of my baxi boiler. when the heating is on it goes upto 3, and drops to zero when its off. or drops to zero while the heating is switched on, led flashing.
I've re pressurised the system 4 times within 24 hrs. radiators don't need bleeding. water is dripping from the external pipe. I don't know if this is enough info to give a reasonable diagnosis.
Is there anything that I can do to resolve this

Expansion vessel needs represurising or replacing.

Thanks for the advice. The pressure valve is probably something that I should leave to an expert to change. I've been in touch with the engineer that usually services it. just waiting for him to get back to me with a price

Job sorted. Fortunately for me the expansion vessel just needed re pressurising. Easy job, if you know what you're doing. I got a gas engineer to check it out. Well worth paying for
