Baxi Solo 2 80PF continuously running

I have a Baxi Solo 2 80PF boiler, which runs continuously, irrespective of what the control panel in the lounge is indicating. I have replaced the PCB and have the same problem still.
I have noticed, however, that the S/L (switched live?) is permanently live, and when I remove that the boiler shuts down. Therefore I guess I have a problem somewhere in the command line.
I have an ACL Lifestyle Model LP722 control panel on the wall if that helps. Any advice much appreciated, thanks.
