Baxi solo 2 pf

Hi all, got a slight problem with the boiler; no not the missus, the baxi.

I turn it on and all I hear is a click, I've had a look at the circuit board and nothing looks bad. There is a small light that comes on if the power is turned on or off, this is near the white blocks.

Could this be the fuse on the circuit board?

In the first image none of the lights come on, on the front part where the knob is.

are the external controls calling for heat ?
is their power on the sw live ?

Solo 2's wont do alot if external controls arent working. I would check pump, valves etc 1st as most boiler faults have a fault light
