Baxi Solo 3 plf 50 chattering relay??

Hi,

I am hoping someone could help me. I looking for a bit of advice with my parents boiler problem. it is a Baxi Solo 3 plf 50. it recently developed a loud buzzing/chattering noise coming from the boiler and has now packed in. After a bit of investigation i found a fuse on the pcb to be blown. i replaced the fuse and found the noise to be coming from a relay on the pcb. As soon as there is a call for heat the fuse blows instantly.I have read through other post and although others have had similar problems i cant find anyone with the same fault.

Does anyone know what is blowing the fuse?

Is the pcb/fan/valve knackered?

Any point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated!
