baxi solo boiler overheat cut off device

i have a baxi solo 3 boiler, the overheat cut off device keeps coming on and the pump continues to run, i have to keep resetting any ideas why thanks

Have you an automatic bypass valve fitted and adjusted correctly?

Not really sure what this is, i do know that it is a pressurised system not an open vent,
