Had the boiler serviced after a few hours stopped working reset it few hours later stopped again removed the cover and combustion cover started up working fine replaced combustion cover then boiler cuts out intermittently then stops remove cover again working fine fans working any ideas

Call the serviceman back - unless it was faulty beforehand, and you were trying to get it fixed on the cheap, in which case you need to be open and honest with him.
Its not the PCB but we cannot discuss the problem as DIYers should not be opening those parts of the boiler.
These is a part he should have cleaned which he might not have done. But they can be a little temperamental at that age..
