Hi bp, on a main 15 he secondary heat exchanger, do you know if the expansion plugs are available? (They aren't listed on parts arena). If so are they just an interference fit like a core plug in a car engine block? Or is it new heat exchanger time. cheers mate.

Thanks for replying, it's only a year old. Both heat exchangers blocked full of crud, they tell me the guy who fitted it has died. The plug that's gone is the one at the very back, there's about a 4 or 5 mm length hole in it. I can't quite work out how that's happened through overheating. Never mind though, power flush coming up. :LOL:

Check the circulation is not reversed.
