bay window leak

Hi,
we have spent a lot of money replacing the mock tudor front of our house with UPVC but the ceiling in one corner above the bay window is still leaking, in fact it is worse now. When the old wood was taken off it was fine so it doesnt look like water is coming down the front. See image, leak is in ceiing above corner of bay window. it is difficult to see in picture but UPVC window frame does stick out slightly from bay but no other leakes and this is sealed really well. What should we do?
