BCO approval for a new en suite ?

Had BCO round a couple of days ago to go through various aspects of my refurb but forgot to ask about the en suite.

We're building a brand new en suite in our master bedroom containing a shower, sink & toilet. Do we need BCO approval at all ?.

you can do it on a notice, always worth letting them know exactly what your doing, as a property surveyor may pick up an it when you come to sell. Basically as long as the plumbing is right and you fit an extractor fan you can't go far wrong
