Hi All. BCO made his initial visit yesterday for my rear extension. We just went over what i could and couldnt do, and a few things about how he wanted things done.
I will be going with block and beam and it will be two rooms. I want one room to be a stepdown into it. I will put my stud wall at this junction. Can i build my support wall underneath as 2 skins but one at a block lower. Each one supporting the ends of the beams, maybe with concrete fill? Thanks.
