Bedroom floor sinking!

Dear All

I've tried to load some pictures as suggested.

you can see the refurbished bathroom minus the original boxing in of the stack but you can see the outlet (chimney) which remains.

the gap which I'm going to caulk up as suggested and monitor.

Any more thoughts. I'd be interested in whether the chimney needs to be supported in the loft which it isn't (hope i'm making sense).

is that roof addition supported by the same wall that seems to be sinking?

no it's not. The roof addition is the bathroom wall, the floors of which seem ok. The skirkting's not flat on the floor as the walls aren't square - nothing alarming.

the floor that's sinking is the front bedroom wall (if you know what I mean) with a boarded loft on top. There's nothing heavy in the loft which is 90% empty.

Any further thoughts?
