Bedroom radiator dripping

3rd problem..... (sorry)

1 of my rads... bck bedroom is dripping from bottom, only slowly but still annnoying.... is this rust? can i do anything to seal it up without having to replace it?? Thanks again for any help offered

You can get radseal, but I would replace the radiator if it has a leak
