BEKO D3422 Dishwas - Doesn't stop on completion of programme

Our BEKO Dishwasher has 3 programmes:
1: Prewash (Cold)
2: Heavy Wash (Hot)
3: Normal Wash (Hot)

We normally use programme 3, however, after completing the programme the timer does not stop, but, carries on through Programme 1, which leaves the contents cold and wet.
Any Ideas? I have tested both wash arms they are free to move. I have cleaned the drain filter and am currently running the machine with a Dishwasher cleaner.
