Beko dishwasher acting strangely, heater leaking?

Beko slimline, wont fill or run. Sump full emptied it but still wont run motor running but no water filling. The heater appears to be leaking hence the sump full. Have checked the hose connections all OK. Tried resetting motor runs continually but no water. Water feed OK.
