Beko DWD4311W dishwasher

Hi,
we have a brand new Beko dishwasher DWD 4311W, it's been installed and seem fine with water running through adequately, but the dishwasher tablets fail to dissolve. Grateful for any ideas.

what tablet are you using?

does it appear to get hot during the washing cycle, and, how long does it take?

not being rude, but, are you sure you aren't using the "cold rinse" cycle?

tablets - have used both Finish Quantum and Powerball all in 1, neither dissolve.

the cycles we used are both 2 (50 degrees) and 3 (60) - did not check how hot washer got but definitely not a cold rinse programme.

Was it hot inside at the end of the cycle.

If it's brand new call beko out or return to dealer if under 28 days old.
