Hi, just woke up this morning to find all my frozen food is de-frosted so i checked the fan and its blowing cold air, just dosnt feel cold enough to freeze anything and it has fast freeze so normally takes 30-45mins to freeze foods. Anyone know what it could be? The fridge is working fine and i put the temp up in the fridge to max for the last 2 hours and its still not freezing.
The appliance is only 20 months old, which is really bugging me and to make things even better i bought a washing machine from the same place at the same time and the module has went last week so ive got 2 appliances that cant last 2 years.
Any help on the freezer would be great, thanks.
