Hi, I have just over 2 years old Kenwood KSBSX20 American-Style Fridge Freezer. The fridge compartment is freezing the food. Door seal are fine.
Frozen compartment temperature is set to -14c (can be set between -14c to -22c). This compartment is empty, no food nothing there.
Fridge compartment temperature is set to 8c (can be set between 2c to 8c). I have tried 2c and also 5c but it food still freezing.
There is an option to turn off the temperature on fridge compartment, which I did it for last 2 days, but the food is still freezing.
Is this a problem with the thermostat or something else? Any help on this would be much appreciated.
