Beko / Leisure DWLT 65 dishwasher lights up but not working

Hi everyone,

I did a quick search but couldn't find anything relating to this problem. I have a Leisure DWLT65 integrated dishwasher, which I'm led to believe is a Beko unit, rebranded. When I switch it on, all the programme lights stay lit, but can't get any other response out of it.

Beko UK told me to leave it unplugged for a couple of hours and it would reset itself before putting me through to an unanswered phone line.

I have checked the valve thingy on the base of the machine with a meter and the switch seems fine. Anyone any ideas?
