Beko WM5100W

Hi

I have the beko wm5100w. As the machine was washing on 40 degree wash, it stopped working with the drum still full of water. The start pause light is on, the wash light is on and so is the spin/end light. I cleaned out the filter which had a couple of coins in. I could hear a buzzing noise coming from the drain pump. This has stopped now. Tried pressing cancel button etc. but absolutely nothing happens.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
