Hi, newbie here!
Just wondering if anyone can help with a problem on my Beko Washing Machine. Purchased 17months ago.
When selected a programme the machine starts to fill up with water, the drum turns the washing over & then stops after about 2 minutes into starting the cycle, then makes noises as if its going to wash but doesn't wash or spin. The water does drain away though.
Have tried just drain & spin cycle too. Flashes up 15 minutes, starts to make a filling noise then the electronic read out goes off & after a few seconds comes back on but has jumped forward in time as if the cycle had been completed & hasnt spun either.
Have tried different wash cycles & spin cycle & all do the same.
We've checked the pump filter - its clear. The water inlet hose is connected & clear. The outlet hose / pipe is also clear.
Have no idea what to do next.
