Hello all,

My washing machine fills up with water but won't start the wash cycle.

The machine goes through the cycle but the drum won' turn.

The water drains o.k. at the cycle but won't spin.

Motor brushes worn

Thanks for your quick reply.

I just had the brushes replaced last year thought I'd get longer out of them than that.

Sounds like I'll have to get the local repair man out to replace them.

Could be sticking in the holder or a broken wire.
