Bell lip plus render leak?.

Hi, I have a leak which comes through the top of a upvc window.I comes through and stains the line of the cavity and runs through under the paint work through to one side of the bottom of the window.The roof has had new felt above/across the cavity above the window and the render been replaced but only been painted with a none named masonry paint water based.I am at a loss.

Take a picture so we can see the full window/roofline cill etc.
The render looks dodgy, paint blistered, are the gutters ok?

Good morning,
There is no guttering above that window.
Since that photo was taken the render has been replaced above that window.I will take a photo of the roofline.You can see that there is alot of eroding of the mortar at the back of the soldier bricks on the arch.It only effects that one window.Thankyou
