belling format 647 fan oven thermostat replacement help

hi all ive just replaced my oven element to find that the thermostat light stays on when you turn knob down element still heating so i guess thermostat (no click ) must have gone too . has anyone replaced a belling format thermostat?. waiting for the new part to come on tuesday .i can see the thermostat in back oven and capillary tube which i will have to take back off the cooker and thread it out the back.then what do i do next does the capillary tube go over top of the oven to the switch on the front panel?any help would be gratefull before i pull oven out into middle of kitchen to pull it apart. thanks paul
