Belt problem on Indesit wib111 washing machine

My washing machine belt keeps slipping off this machine and the screw that holds the drum slackens. This happens about 10 minutes into the cycle then I have been putting it back on and tightning the screw, upto 8 times throughout the cycle.

Can someone tell me if the machine is repairable or if it's time for a new one.

If its the screw for the pulley use locktite on the screw as you tighten it and leave a few hours to set then it won't come off.
