Indesit WITE100 Washing machine Drum jammed

Hello,

My new Indesit Washing machine drum has got jammed after the washing cycle and I am unable to open the jammed drum and the clothes are struck inside. It is a top loading washing machine and there is a drum inside which needs to be opened for the clothes to be put inside for washing.

I tried running the cycle again but it looks like the drum is jammed and does not move.

What could be the reason. The machine was not overloaded also.
Please suggest any way to open the drum.
