Just reviewing the Benchmark checklist left after our combi installation

Question 'Has a primary water system filter been installed?' - installer ticked 'No'.

So does that refer to the system mag filter? (I see no other question re a magnetic filter while they do ask about a scale reducer.)

Because he absolutely fitted one, as is compulsory (and sensible).

He also left 'Gas Rate' blank, though I doubt that's important when requesting warranty repair.

If it's in the All systems section under the 'what cleaner and inhibitor wasused' then yes, that's to confirm a system mag filter was installed.

As far as the gas rate is concerned then naughty naughty. All sections of the benchmark should be completed, the gas rate is one of the more important ones to confirm the gas pipe is sized correctly and it's running properly.

Is it the end of the world as we know it, probably not. Would it affect the warranty, probably not.
