best cable for outside lights

Whats the best cable to wire outside lights. 30cm outside, most in loft and then under floor. Appreciate Part P, extension build in progress.

Is Artic cable OK

Arctic cable is fine providing there is no chance of it encountering mechanical damage otherwise id use pvc conduit or SWA!
