best cement mix?

i need a cement mix that is strong to support 190/200cm above ground old railway sleeper? also would a 10cm x 10cm thick fence post be ok or something thicker for the lintel to stop them falling in? thanks

You would need mix to support the lintel over the ground of the sleeper incase the hole wasn't high enough to prop it easily.

yer cant really make out the post???

mortar mix building sand/cement 4/1 with a dash of lime and
concrete mix ballast/concrete 4/1 if you want it to set quick use rapped set cement..

and fence post is a fence post a lintel is a lintel......
