Best Flat Roof Option?

I am going to be getting a brick shed built which will have to have a flat roof (To avoid planning). It will have a reasonable slope on it.

I used to do roofing a while back but out of the loop now on what is good.

What is the best option for a flat roof? Want it to last but not go with mineral felt.

Size will be approx. 12ft x 8ft

They're all pretty similar, its all down to workmanship, nowt wrong with felt if done correctly. Rubber (epdm) is good for diy. Google permaroof.
