I need to treat a garage wall to remove green algael growth before stabilising and repainting the exterior wall. Rather than pressure washing (the surface is a little friable) I want to treat with an antifungal wash and stiff bristled brush and then treat with a stabilising solution, before Sandtex paint.
Could anyone suggest an effective product that they have used? Brand name? Ideally I don't want to have to wash the antifungal off before applying the stabilising solution, and I'm not fond of 'latex' type stabilising solutions if there was a less messy alternative (brand name?).
