Depends on how much you want to insulate.
Building regs want 100mm thermalite or equiv with 85mm full fill cavity insulation or partial fill with appropriate insulation ie Thermawall or xtratherm. http://www.insulation.kingspan.com/uk/pdf/tw50.pdf
Should get your Thermalite for around 85p each (Selco).
