Best roof (replacement) for a prefab garage?

Hi everyone,

I have a 3mx6m (approx) prefab garage roof that its roof needs replacing.

It leaks, full of rust and gets terrible condensation in the garage and drips on everything.

Do i go for the same type of design before which is standard corrugated metal sheeting.

But have seen anti condensation sheets around, are these are good?

So what is the best replacment?

Same again
corrugated sheets with the anti condensation on
Box type metal roof
timber roof with flet

Trying to keep costs to the minimal but wont cheap out if saves me in the long run.
