Hello

I need to take apart an old green house I need to cut it up so I can fit it in my car.
I am looking for a cheap tool to cut the metal frame.

What would you recommend?

Yes green house well more of a wall green house. I have already thrown away its 2 doors and the glass so might be bit late for that. I got fed up of looking at it to be honest.
I wonder if anyone body would still buy the frame minus the two doors now lol

The bolts screws holding it together are like some kind of really old fashioned Philips screen driver head.
They are also mostly rusted to the washers too.

Maybe I could get a Dremel to cut them off ?
I did try using a little hacksaw but its really hard work and there must be about 100 of them!

Cheers

By a metal green house I assume you mean aluminium in which case you can more than likely just twist it and break the metal sections . Just swing it back and forwards to induce cracks and it will soon come apart. Then just put it in a pile on the front garden near the road and it'll disappear.

What you could have done was just to freecycle the whole thing. Then it would be taken apart and removed by someone else who would then have a glasshouse. What you have done is create landfill.
That's how I got my glasshouse, via Freeecycle
