Best tradesman for repurposing existing ventilation duct

Hi.
We have some ventilation issues in our kitchen causing some condensation damp.
Our cooker sits in an old chimney without any kind of extraction.
However, on the underside of the chimney there looks to be an extraction duct, lights and electrics underneath. The external wall also has a vent in similar position.
The under side of chimney is around 70cm from cooker hob.
My question is, who would be best kind of tradesman to look at installing some sort of extraction, existing ducting and electrics? Assuming it is compliant.
