Best type of roof tile vent

Hi
I have a roofer in next week to fit a flue through the roof, I want to fit a extractor fan in the bathroom this summer so was thinking if I get a roof vent now I might see if the roofer would mind installing it while he is up there and the scaffolding is up.

I have been looking around and there is a vast variety of vents out there all for different tiles so don't want to buy the wrong type (I have added a couple of pictures of the roof at the bottom as I'm not sure of the name of our tiles).

I have been thinking about getting this one purely because it is supposedly universal:

But I was just wondered if anyone had any better suggestions before I brought anything?

Terminal, not a vent tile. They are different.

Try and see one in a photo fitted into the type of tiles you have, unless looks don't matter.

Looks like an Anglia / Anglia plus.
With these, best is lead slate , a piece of pipe with a mushroom cowl with weathering collar.

Your roofer won't thank you if you choose a uni one

Thanks for the replies, glad I didn't just go and buy the universal one, don't want to make his life hard.

Think it may be better for me to wait until the roofer arrives and chat to him about it then as don't want to buy the wrong thing.
Hopefully there is somewhere local that will have them off the shelf
