Best way to make concrete steps look good.

Hi. I’ve about 6 concrete steps leading down too my house can anything be done with these? I’ve seen 20mm step covers/risers made from porcelain or like thicker flag stone covers has anyone done this. All the steps are different widths and obviously whatever I build up the steps with I’ll need to list the area at the top and bottom

You could paint them to make a feature, plenty of anti-slip concrete paints available.
