BIASI 24S COMBI BOILER PROBLEM

My 24s IS ABOUT 5 YEARS PLUS AND THE HEATING KEEPS COMING ON ALTHOUGH IS NOT DUE TO COME ON THE TIMER. THE TEMP IS GOING UP TO 60 DEGREES. IS THAT THE NORMAL.

HELP PLEASE!

Errrm... No; it's not normal :rolleyes:

Check the voltages coming out of the clock onto the switch live; does this happen when you run hot water taps; or is it happening all the time?
 
This is caused because the DHW flow switch gland is leaking and the water has got into the switch and the boiler thinks there is a demand for hot water!

Really needs a CORGI because the gas valve would normally be removed to access it.

Caused by dirty system water because it was not power flushed or inhibited when originally installed or possibly system has had water fault since.
