i have a biasi 24s combi boiler. The central heating system works ok but i cannot get any hot water. when i turn on the tap i can hear the boiler trying to fire up but then nothing happens.if i try the hot water when the CH is on the safety thermostat rest button kicks in and turns off the CH.Can any one please help

I think that the pump proving switch is not being reliably operated. You can watch that to see.
Then I think that you have a blocked plate heat exchanger. It might well be that sorting that out will alos sort out the problem with the switch operation.
