BIASI Boiler M110.32SM/E not firing up

Hi good evening

Fan spinning,
Pump working,
safety thermostat resistance ZERO,
Flue temp probe NTC, both CH and DHW temp Probes around 10K ohm,
Flow switch sensor Lamp on(RED) while DHW Tap running but off if central heating is swithed on,
Spark generator working as I can see bright spark,

checking Gas valve ----

check the On-Off operators coils

Pin 1 and Pin 3 no resistance i.e open circuit
Pin 1 and pin 4 no resistance i.e open circuit
(Approx 6400 ohm according to the service manual)

Pin 2 is an earth point

between Pin 3 and Pin 4 approx 900 ohm

does it mean the Gas valve is gone and need to be renewed.

please help

Firstly, you should not have opened the combustion chamber! That should have only been done by a registered gas installer ( RGI ).

It does sound as if the gas valve selonoid is faulty.

A replacement gas valve needs to be installed and set up by an RGI using a flue gas analyser.

just renewed the coil (solenoid) ,not the whole Gas valve then all back to normal
