The problem is.......... the boiler ignites for about 10 seconds then goes out, this problem is for heating and the hot water. We have been let down twice by plumbers, who never keep the appointments. Its getting a little bit nippy now so will need the heating on soon, if you have any ideas please can you help. My husband is quite handy with stuff and I can order bits on here and he would be able to change them
