That is just what I expected you to say!
The boiler is connected with the cold/hot connections reversed! A pretty basic installation fault!
This indicated that its a boiler that has just been fitted by a non CORGI registered person. If you cannot even get the water connections correct then what more serious mistakes might you have made with the gas and flue connections?
It is not even a condensing boiler as required under the Building Regulations!
