ive just purchased a property and am unable to get the C/H and water to heat up.

the entire system was drained and have filled and bled each radiator.

i start the boilder up green light flashes every 3 - 4 secs and for about 30 seconds it seems like its doing some thing.

then stops, green light flashes quickly.

how ever if i turn the hot tap on, i get water ( ice cold ) nand he boiler seems to start again and the stop as above.

i cant see any pilot light.

the lock out light ( red ) is not illuminated.

i have followed the insrtuctions for use and still am stuck.

any advice please
