Biasi help please

Hello, my Biasi boiler, model Prisma 24SE, is playing up. I can't get the boiler to light for hot water unless the water pressure is blasting or the CH is on. If the toilet is refilling it won't light then either. When the boiler is eventually lit for hot water, it keeps going on and off if this helps anyone??

Any help/suggestions/advice gratefully received.

Diaphragm most likely failing. Get it changed and see if the on/off problem stops. If not then you may also have another problem in the DHW HEx
