central heating

Hi all

please help! I got hot water problem. the boiler central heating is ok. only hot water is not coming while select to hot water. My boiler is Biasi, Prisma 24SE. thanks

domestic hot water. when u turn your hot tap on does it fire the boiler up?

Diverter valve is failed.

Usually the hydraulic unit but can be internals jammed or DHW demand switch failed.

thanks Bel. it doesn't fire the boiler up any more when I turn the hot water tap. Actually from last week it started to fire up really hard. I had to turn the hot water for a long time to fire up the boiler . But now its totally stoped.

Thanks for your reply. Can I fix the Diverter my self? or I need to call engineer. I know little bit about plumbing.

The British Virgin Islands do not have town gas so you must be using LPG.

I would be surprised if there are any boiler engineers at all in your area.

Biasi would be interested to know of one of their boilers being used so far away from Europe.
